The picturesque fishing village in Fife offers a unique venue for many well-established artists and newcomers with it's narrow wynds running down to the harbour. Pittenweem&rsquo;s amazing atmosphere has attracted many artists over the years and now in it's 29th year the festival has grown in to a major attraction in Fife attracting thousands of visitors.</p> <p>The festival hosts a number of exhibitions&nbsp;with many invited artists as well as an open exhibition for new artists.
