Christmas Dispatch Details
Last posting date 21st December - if you would like guaranteed delivery before 24th December please select delivery before 1pm at checkout.
All orders received before 21st December will be dispatched on or before 21st December. All out of stock orders which are indicated with the 'available to order' tag will be processed as quickly as possible. Deliveries will continue for all items up to and including the 23rd December.
Delivery can be made on the 24th with our Saturday 1pm service. This is not guaranteed. Deliveries will also be made on the 28th and 29th December with 30th available with our Saturday 1pm service. Service will then return to normal weekly deliveries from 3rd January.
All items not delivered before 24th December will be delivered 28th and 29th December.
Please note during the hectic December period, we highly recommend you buy early to avoid disappointment and not leave your orders till the last minute.
Customer services at The Enid Hutt Gallery will be closed on 25th and 26th of December and the 1st January as well as weekends but will be open on all other days.
Customer services will have restricted telephone/email support from 24th December to the 3rd January.

FREE DELIVERY INFO
Products qualify for Free UK Delivery on orders over £150. For orders over £150.00 you will receive a dispatch email from our courier partner which will provide tracking details. This email will confirm delivery details and date of dispatch. Please be aware that your parcel could be sent after the booking cut off and you will receive the order sooner; please use the tracking details to confirm delivery date.
Orders below £150 are usually sent via Royal Mail. Normally a 1st Class service which usually takes a few days.
For guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm please select the special delivery option at checkout. Saturday delivery is also available
When ordering please give us as much information as possible. For example: a suitable delivery date, if the items can be left with a neighbour or even some directions if it’s difficult to find.
If we are using a courier then we prefer to delivery on a day which is suitable to you, we may contact you to confirm delivery date.
If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or they will post a card to offer you a collection from a local collection point. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred.
All quoted delivery prices are for most UK Mainland addresses. Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Wight (PO30-37), Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE) will incur additional charges and may also experience delivery delays; morning and Saturday deliveries are optional and will also incur additional charges.
Receiving Your Item
When receiving your parcel please mark the item as 'UNCHECKED' incase of any internal damage or if there is any aparent damage to the outside of the parcel.
**If the contents are damaged, please notify us within 2 days**

Mirrors |
Mirrors are sent with the greatest attention. Because of the fragile nature of a mirror it is evaluated before wrapping and packaged accordingly. Please be patient if ordering a mirror, in every case we find that the manufacturer’s packaging is not suitable for courier transit. |

You can upgrade your delivery service from £6.00 extra at the checkout and this will mean that we give your item our special attention, rush it to the top of the pile and put it on TNT or our Courier Next Day service. This doesn't guarantee you will have it the day after you order but we will do everything we can to make it happen. You can also add a Saturday delivery to your order if preferable.

We will endeavour to meet all special requests for deliveries however it may not always be possible due to our Courier’s own policies
Any orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be sent as soon as possible and items ordered after that time or at the weekend will be sent at the beginning of the next working day (except Mondays). We will try our best to get your items out sooner but this depends on how busy we are.
IMPORTANT
PLEASE READ – Do not sign for goods if you are unsure of the condition of the goods inside. When receiving your order please check the goods on delivery or mark the consignment note as **goods unchecked**
If an item looks damaged then it should be refused. DO NOT SIGN FOR DAMAGED BOXES OR MAIL BAGS. Failure to follow these instructions could mean that you end up with a damaged item and be unable to claim for them. The signature box that the driver will be asking you to sign confirms that you are happy with the condition please mark it as DAMAGED PACKAGE if there is any sign of damage to the outer packaging at all. Goods should always be checked in front of the delivery representative.
Returning your item
Returns are accepted and must be reported within 2 days of reciept of goods.
Once you have reported the damage/return and have agreed a collection day and whether you would like a refund or replacement, we will uplift it using our courier on the day requested before 4pm. Please use the original packaging to re-package the item and package it as best you can and address it to our main gallery address:
