When ordering please give us as much information as possible.

For example: a suitable delivery day, if the items need to be delivered to your neighbour/work or even some directions if it's difficult to find. It is always helpful to know if the item is for a gift and whether you need the item delivered by a certain date - If we don’t know we can’t help.

Please provide a mobile number and email address so we can contact you if needed.

For processing and delivery times please see dropdown sections below. Please keep in mind our processing and delivery times when ordering. We always do our utmost to process your order as quickly as possible but at busier times it may take a little longer.

Stock Availability

Most of our Prints, Paintings and Sculpture available are 'In Stock' but our stock changes daily.

If the item is displayed as 'Available to Order' and has an extended lead time, we will confirm availability and give you an estimated delivery date. Many of our items may not be in stock with us but are readily available from our supplier.

Delivery from our suppliers vary and can be up to 3 to 6 weeks depending on the item and availability. Some of our suppliers send directly to our customers, saving time and is dependent on availability of their stock.

Because of the demand of our items and lead time for delivery from the supplier, stock can run out - if you require the item quickly please email or call us to avoid disappointment. We always do our utmost to get the order to you as soon as we possibly can.

Some paintings may be on display in one of our galleries, which means it may take time to obtain the painting from the gallery, have it checked and wrapped accordingly. We will notify you of any delays but if you require any urgent attention please contact us as soon as possible.

Delivery - How we ship our items

Please note all information regarding delivery below relates to 'In Stock' items only.

Paintings and Prints

Unframed, Rolled/Tubed Open Edition and Smaller Limited Edition Prints (Sent Flat) - Please allow 3-5 working days

Sent via Royal Mail 1st Class or DPD - If the item has been sent Royal Mail, then you will recieve notification from us with a tracking reference.

If the item has been sent DPD, you will be sent a text and/or email with details how you can track your order. You can also change the delivery slot, as well as leave the item in a safe place or with a neighbour. It is advisable to avoid leaving perishable goods outside or in damp areas.

Medium Sized Limited Edition Prints (Under 1m in length) - Please allow 3-5 working days

Sent via DPD, FedEx/TNT or UPS - You will be sent a text and/or email with details how you can track your order. You can also change the delivery slot, as well as leave the item in a safe place or with a neighbour. It is advisable to avoid leaving perishable goods outside.

Large Framed Paintings and Prints - Please allow 5-10 working days

Sent via DHL and FedEx/TNT - You will be sent an email with details how you can track your order.

Sculpture

Small to medium Sculptures (under 1m Boxed) - Please allow 3-5 working days

Sent via DPD or UPS - You will be sent a text and/or email with details how you can track your order. You can also change the delivery slot, as well as leave the item in a safe place or with a neighbour. It is advisable to avoid leaving perishable goods outside.

Large/Heavier Sculptures - Please allow 3-5 working days

Sent via DHL or TNT - You will be sent a text and/or email with details how you can track your order. You can also change the delivery slot, as well as leave the item in a safe place or with a neighbour. It is advisable to avoid leaving perishable goods outside.

Mirrors

All Mirrors are sent via our fragile courier partner JBS - Please allow 7-10 working days

JBS offer a white glove, personal delivery service. Once the order is booked for delivery, JBS contact you directly to book delivery at a convenient time.

For international orders your mirror will be crated in wood and sent via FedEx, TNT or DHL. Please bear with us while we arrange for crating items. Usually this can take around 5-7 working days. Once the shipment is ready for dispatch you will be notified via email with tracking details. Please contact us about sending mirrors are some items are not available to send internationally.


Receiving Your Order

Missed Delivery

If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day, or they will post a card to offer you a collection from a local collection point or re-delivery when convenient. 

If the delivery is via our fragile delivery network, the delivery will be attempted the following week. Please contact us to confirm  by Telephone: 01592 643227 or email sales@enidhuttgallery.com

If you have arranged a delivery date and you are not available and a re-delivery has to take place, there may be a charge due to the expense of fuel and time used by the courier.

Refused Delivery

If you should refuse delivery of goods or are not available to accept the delivery on 1st and 2nd delivery attempt, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred.

All quoted delivery prices and free delivery are for most UK addresses. Some areas will incur additional charges and may also experience delivery delays; morning and Saturday deliveries are optional depending on area and will also incur additional charges.

Lead time and delivery time.

Small Pieces

Smaller pieces are usually sent DPD. All sculptures come complete in their own box and are packaged accordingly. Posters and loose open prints are supplied tubed. Limited edition prints are sent flat.

Lead time: 3-5 working days processing and packaging

Delivery time: Next Working Day Delivery Service

Medium Pieces

Mid-sized Art, Small Framed Pictures and Sculpture are sent via DPD or TNT on a next day service. These pieces are evaluated and wrapped accordingly. Sometimes, if fragile we may send these items using a fragile carrier which may take a little longer.

Lead time: 3-5 working days processing and packaging

Large Pieces & High Value

Large sized art and mirrors are sent via fragile courier or hand delivered by one of our staff. International orders are sent via TNT.

We will arrange a suitable delivery date once we have processed your order.

Lead time:Up to 5-7 Working Days. Please allow time to package and despatch higher value items

Delivery time:We will contact you to arrange delivery.
