Placing Your First Order

This page contains step-by-step instructions on how to place your first order.

Find What You Want To Buy - You can search by any term, artists or even what you want in the picture.

If you already know what you want to buy, the easiest way to find it is to type the name into the search box located to the top of the left hand column.

Alternatively you can use the menu on the right hand side.

The following information is available for each print:

• Image of the print
• The items availability (Every item can be purchased direct from stock unless stated otherwise)
• Type of print process
• Publish Date
• Copies were produced
• Size
• How the item will come delivered. (Mounted, Framed, etc)
• If the item is signed or unsigned
• Cost
• An Add to Basket button
• Quantity

Add It To Your Shopping Basket

The Shopping Basket is where you store items you intend to buy just lik you shopping basket in a mall. You can always delete items from the Shopping Basket or change the quantity incase of any mistakes. When you find what you would like to purchse click the "Add to Basket" button on the item's main product page.

If the item is temporarily out of stock, it's because the item is available to order, this normally takes 3 working days unless stated otherwise.

When you've added everything you want to the Shopping Basket, follow the required steps below.

Login or Create Account

If you have already created an account simply login using your email address and password. If not, you will be required to set-up an account. This is a simple process taking about 2-3 minutes.

Confirm you name and delivery details.

If you would like the item to be delivered somewhere else(work, parents, etc) then please enter it into the delivery details form and if you have any sprcial requirements please tell us using the 'Special Requirements' box.

Select a Delivery Method and Delivery Option

The delivery charge for your order will be displayed on the order summary page just before you submit your order.

Provide a Method of Payment

Let us know how you want to pay for your order. We accept Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Eurocard, Maestro, Switch, Solo and Enid Hutt Gallery gift vouchers as payment. All orders must be paid in full. When paying by card please enter the number in full with no spaces.

Gift-Wrapping

Gift-wrapping is available for only £2 per item.

Review and Submit Your Order

Check the information you've provided and make adjustments by clicking the "edit" button next to the relevant information. When you're ready, click the "Place Your Order" button to submit your order. We'll then send you a confirmation email message. We'll also send you an email when we dispatch the order to you with a tracking number if applicable.

Tracking your order

If you have not recieved you order or would like a tracking number please contact us as soon as possible. Only larger items are delivered on a next day service with tracking.
