The Creation
I believe in god, but above all I believe in having a clear conscience. While we are far from perfect, man was created to be perfect. It has always amazed me to see how ancient cultures, such as the Egyptians, were able to create the perfect forms of the pyramids and how nature has created such perfect forms as the simple shape of an egg. This shows me that man and nature could be in perfect symbiosis.

We do not constitute the higher ring of creation, we are instead simply part of a wonderful homogeneous chain - the chain of life. Artists such as Michelangelo and Salvador Dali have successfully represented the creation the perfect being and its closeness to divinity. My sculpture is my tribute to these two great masters , but especially Dali, to whom I owe my initiation into the art world and in memorium for his birth a century ago.

Trust
The most wonderful feeling and greatest responsibility is that of know that someone has complete trust in you. That feeling of total unabated abandonment in your hand. This powerful bonding force should never be broken for it can make a mountain crumble in an instant. I have been workin constantly on gaining my children's absolute trust. The need to know that their father's love is unconditional but they must also understand that, as anything that unites poeple together, it's a journey that must be travelled together and that road that road should never lead astray. By nature I am an optimist and I know that we are human and mistakes are made and trust also involves faith. So if someone errs and realizes their mistake you must put your faith on the line so that they may build that mountain of trust.

Decisions
What to do? The question I pose myself continuously. Life is made up of a series of moments partly defined by a series of decisions taken.

Time is really the only judge of our decisions. I see life as a railway with many lines branching off it. Which way to go is a very hard choice to make. The choice must be made with calculated reasoning, but in the end, all our calculations are partly chance - so do what your heart tells you and your mind will follow.

Give & Take III - Bronze
It is vital to find a balance in life. Nature has been trying to teach us that lesson since the beginning of time. All opposites meet their extremes. You cannot fully enjoy receiving if you have never given, because you will not recognised the gift you have recieved if you value only what is difficult to obtain.

First Love
I remember crying...my firstmemory of true love is one of complete helplessness. My whole existence was involved and nothingelse would fit. Their was no room for any other emotion. I was so full of emotion that I became emotionless.

Love comes upon you unexpectedly, grabs you, lifts you off your feet and drops you on top of a deserted island with an ocean of unchartered waters all around you. You plunge into that ocean and feel the warmth of the water that covers your every pore and you feel weightless with longing, a hunger in your stomach that you can't describe becuase in fact you are not hungry at all, in fact you are full...full of love.
