How can I return an item which has been damaged in transit?
If your order or part of your order needs to be returned due to damage in transit, please contact us as soon as possible (WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS) and we will arrange a suitable date and time to collect the piece. The item will need to be wrapped in the original packaging. (Please note: our delivery service cannot collect and return it to us without this original external packaging). If the original packaging is not available, additional packaging will be sent to you which will incur further charges.
Returning your item
Returns are accepted and any damage must be reported within 2 days of receipt of goods.
Once you have reported the damage/return and have agreed a collection day and whether you would like a refund or replacement, we will uplift it using our courier on the day requested before 4pm. Please use the original packaging to re-package the item and package it as best you can and address it to our main gallery address:
The Enid Hutt Gallery
27 St Clair Street
We will then do the rest and refund your funds or replace the item, which will be confirmed by either email or telephone. We do not charge a re-stocking fee but do kindly ask for the return postage cost. If your item is faulty we will provide an uplift and replacement free of charge.
