Paul Hedley Artist

Paul Hedley was born in 1947 in Chatham, Kent. He studied at the Medway College of Art and, later, the Maidstone College of Art, where he received his Diploma in Art and Design. This formal training built on his already deep passion for art which he had cultivated since he was a child. His technique, as it developed over the years, pays respect to the impressionist and post-impressionist French style as represented in some of his favourite artists Edgar Degas and Edouard Vuillard.
