General Delivery Information
When ordering please give us as much information as possible.
For example: a suitable delivery day, if the items need to be delivered to your neighbour/work or even some directions if it's difficult to find. It is always helpful to know if the item is for a gift and whether you need the item delivered by a certain date - If we don’t know we can’t help.
Please provide a mobile number and email address so we can contact you if needed.
For processing and delivery times please see dropdown sections below. Please keep in mind our processing and delivery times when ordering. We always do our utmost to process your order as quickly as possible but at busier times it may take a little longer.
Most of our items available are 'In Stock' but our stock changes daily. Delivery from our suppliers vary and can be up to 3 weeks depending on availability. Some of our suppliers send directly to our customers for us, saving time and is dependent on availability.
Most items are generally in stock with us or our suppliers but at busy times this can change.
If the item is displayed as 'Available to Order'
We are experiencing some technical problems with our stock showing as 'In Stock' if the item you are purchasing is a 'Bronze' or 'Cold Cast Bronze sculpture it will be 'In Stock' and available for delivery within 3-5 days.
In the event the item is not physically in stock we will confirm availability within 48 hours of placing order and give you an estimate of delivery date.
Because of the demand of our items and lead time for delivery from the supplier, stock can run out - if you require the item quickly please email or call us to avoid disappointment. We always do our utmost to get the order to you as soon as we possibly can.
Posters and Open Prints
We maintain a high level of print stock of all popular artists and titles, and expect dispatch to be within 3-5 working days for 'In Stock' items. For any posters and prints which display 'Available to Order' we expect items to be with us in 1 week. Please note that our stock changes daily and we may over sell at busier times.
Limited Edition Prints
Limited edition prints which are displayed as 'In Stock' dispatch is between 3-5 working days. Items which are 'Available to Order' can be shipped within 1 week but please contact us should the item be needed urgently and to confirm it is possible.
Framed prints can be shipped within 1 week but please allow up to 2 weeks for completion and shipping. Please contact us should the item be needed urgently.
All original artwork is in stock and available for immediate dispatch. We do like to maintain a high level of quality, therefore we may delay shipping to allow for adequate packing and shipping. Some paintings may be on display in one of our galleries which means it may take time to obtain the painting from the gallery and have it checked and wrapped accordingly. We will notify you of any delays but if you require any urgent attention please contact us as soon as possible.
All sculpture displaying as in stock please allow 2-3 days for dispatch. Some sculpture which show as 'Available to Order' please allow 1-2 weeks. Sometimes we may have sculptures sent direct from our suppliers to help speed up any delays to orders. Please contact us if you need any assistance.
All Mirrors displaying as 'In Stock' please allow 1 week to 10 days for dispatch and delivery. All mirrors which show as 'Available to Order' please allow on average 3-4 weeks but at busier times up to 6-8 weeks. Sometimes we may have mirrors sent direct from our suppliers to help speed up any delays to orders. Please contact us if you need any assistance.

How can I return an item which has been damaged in transit?
If your order or part of your order needs to be returned due to damage in transit, please contact us as soon as possible (WITHIN 1 DAY OF RECEIPT OF GOODS) and we will arrange a suitable date and time to collect the piece. The item will need to be wrapped in the original packaging. (Please note: our delivery service cannot collect and return it to us without this original external packaging). If the original packaging is not available we cannot accept returns due to the extremely fragile nature of our products. This is consistent with our in-store terms and conditions.
Any items accepted for return must be sent back in original packaging and condition. We do not accept returns for items which are due to your misjudgement or if it is the wrong item ordered.

If you are unhappy with the goods received we will refund them if they are sent back at the customer's expense in new resaleable condition within 14 working days along with the original receipt. We will not accept orders where the original packaging is not intact and has been removed. We also cannot accept returns where the item has been used or hung on the wall.
Any refunds will be issued within 14 days, once we have received the goods and checked the packaging and contents. This refund only includes the total of goods sent not the delivery charge.
Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded free of charge.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
