    When ordering please give us as much information as possible. For example: a suitable delivery day, if the items need to be delivered to your neighbour/work or even some directions if it's difficult to find. It is always helpful to know if the item is for a gift and/or whether you need the item delivered by a certain date.

    Our preferred delivery partner for all UK deliveries is TNT. Please provide a mobile number and/or email address and you will be contacted when the parcel is collected from our warehouse.

    All valuable, larger and heavy items will be allocated a delivery slot where you will be able to re-schedule via email or text. Most of our items available are 'In Stock' but our stock changes daily. Delivery from our suppliers vary and can be up to 3 weeks depending on availability. Some of our suppliers send directly to our customers for us, saving time and is dependent on availability. Most items are generally in stock with us or our suppliers but at busy times this can change. If the item is displayed as 'Available to Order' we will confirm availability within 24hrs of placing order and give you an estimate of delivery date.

    Please be aware that our stock changes daily, sometimes by the hour depending on demand and we will always do our utmost to get the order to you as soon as we possibly can. Because of the demand of our items and lead time for delivery from the supplier, stock can run out - if you require the item quickly please email or call us to avoid disappointment.

    If the order has been despatched and you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or they will post a card to offer you a collection from a local collection point or re-delivery when convenient.

    If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred. Our delivery partner TNT only retain items for 1-2 weeks and Royal Mail only keep items for up to 14 days - after this time new postage charges will be incurred if you would like the item(s) re-sent.

    All quoted delivery prices and free delivery are for most UK addresses. Some areas will incur additional charges and may also experience delivery delays; morning and Saturday deliveries are optional depending on area and will also incur additional charges.

    Receiving Your Item

    When receiving your parcel please mark the item as 'UNCHECKED' in case of any internal damage or if there is any apparent damage to the outside of the parcel. It is recommended to check the contents before signing for the parcel. By signing for the parcel, you are stating that you are happy with the condition of the goods.

    PLEASE READ – Do not sign for goods if you are unsure of the condition of the goods inside.

    DO NOT SIGN FOR DAMAGED BOXES OR MAIL BAGS. Failure to follow these instructions could mean that you end up with a damaged item and be unable to claim for them. The signature box that the driver will be asking you to sign confirms that you are happy with the condition please mark it as DAMAGED PACKAGE if there is any sign of damage to the outer packaging at all. Goods should always be checked in front of the delivery representative.

    Small Pieces (lower value – up to £100.00)

    Smaller pieces and low value (up to £100.00) are usually sent Royal Mail 1st Class or Special Delivery.All sculptures come complete in their own box and are packaged accordingly to avoid any damage in transit.

    2-3 working days

    Medium Pieces & Mid Value

    Mid size pieces (up to £1,000) are sent via courier on a next day service.These pieces are evaluated and wrapped accordingly; sometimes we may send this value of art or mirror on a fragile carrier which may take a little longer.

    4-7 working daysHigher value items may take up to 10 days.Please allow time to package and despatch higher value items

    Large Pieces & High Value

    Large size art and mirrors (over £1,000) are sent via fragile courier or hand delivered by one of our staff.

    We will endeavour to meet all special requests for deliveries however it may not always be possible due to our Courier's own policies

    Most orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be sent as soon as possible and items ordered after that time or at the weekend will be sent at the beginning of the next working day (except Fridays). We will try our best to get your items out sooner but this depends on how busy we are.

    Returning your item

    We do not accept returns unless faulty goods have been received.

    To report any damages please do so with your order reference and photographic proof of damage and original packaging and send to:

    Once you have reported the damage/fault and have agreed a collection day and whether you would like a credit, refund or replacement, we will uplift it using our courier on the day requested. Please use the original packaging to re-package the item and package it as best you can and address it to our main warehouse address:

    We will then do the rest and confirm by either email or telephone. If your item is faulty we will provide an uplift and replacement free of charge.


    How can I return an item which has been damaged in transit?

    If your order or part of your order needs to be returned due to damage in transit, please contact us as soon as possible (WITHIN 1 DAY OF RECEIPT OF GOODS) and we will arrange a suitable date and time to collect the piece. The item will need to be wrapped in the original packaging. (Please note: our delivery service cannot collect and return it to us without this original external packaging). If the original packaging is not available we cannot accept returns due to the extremely fragile nature of our products. This is consistent with our in-store terms and conditions.


    Any items accepted for return must be sent back in original packaging and condition. We do not accept returns for items which are due to your misjudgement or if it is the wrong item ordered.

    If you are unhappy with the goods received we will refund them if they are sent back at the customer's expense in new resaleable condition within 7 working days along with the original receipt. We will not accept orders where the original packaging is not intact and has been removed. We also cannot accept returns where the item has been used or hung on the wall.

    Any refunds will be issued once we have received the goods and checked the packaging and contents. This refund only includes the total of goods sent not the delivery charge.

    Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded free of charge.

    This does not affect your statutory rights.
