General Delivery Information
When ordering please give us as much information as possible.
For example: a suitable delivery day, if the items need to be delivered to your neighbour/work or even some directions if it's difficult to find. It is always helpful to know if the item is for a gift and whether you need the item delivered by a certain date - If we don’t know we can’t help.
Please provide a mobile number and email address so we can contact you if needed.
Most of our items available are 'In Stock' but our stock changes daily. Delivery from our suppliers vary and can be up to 3 weeks depending on availability. Some of our suppliers send directly to our customers for us, saving time and is dependent on availability.
Most items are generally in stock with us or our suppliers but at busy times this can change.
If the item is displayed as 'Available to Order' we will confirm availability within 48 hours of placing order and give you an estimate of delivery date.
Because of the demand of our items and lead time for delivery from the supplier, stock can run out - if you require the item quickly please email or call us to avoid disappointment. We always do our utmost to get the order to you as soon as we possibly can.
Missed Delivery If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day, or they will post a card to offer you a collection from a local collection point or re-delivery when convenient.

If you should refuse delivery of goods or are not available to accept the delivery on 1st and 2nd delivery attempt, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred
All quoted delivery prices and free delivery are for most UK addresses. Some areas will incur additional charges and may also experience delivery delays; morning and Saturday deliveries are optional depending on area and will also incur additional charges.

Lead time and delivery time.
Smaller pieces are usually sent Royal Mail 1st Class or Special Delivery. All sculptures come complete in their own box and are packaged accordingly. Posters and loose open prints are supplied tubed. Limited edition prints are sent flat.
Lead time: 2-3 working days processing and packaging
Delivery time: 4-7 Working days delivery
Mid-sized Art, Framed Pictures and Mirrors are sent via courier on a next day service. These pieces are evaluated and wrapped accordingly. Sometimes we may send these items using a fragile carrier which may take a little longer.

Delivery time: 1-2 Working days delivery
Large Pieces & High Value
Large sized art and mirrors are sent via fragile courier or hand delivered by one of our staff.
We will arrange a suitable delivery date once we have processed your order.
Lead time: Please allow time to package and despatch higher value items

Should you have more specific postage requirements please give us a call on 01592 643227 - We will endeavour to meet all special requests for deliveries however it may not always be possible due to our Courier's own policies.
Unfortunately, some items are not available to be returned unless faulty. Mirrors, Framed pictures, and international shipments are not accepted for return unless faulty goods have been received. Please enquire with any questions you may have as we cannot rectify incorrectly ordered pictures or mirrors.
To report any damages please do so with your order reference and photographic proof of damage which includes original packaging and send them via email to email@example.com
Once you have submitted the report, we will uplift it using our courier on the day requested. Please use the original packaging to re-package the item, package it as best you can.
We will then do the rest and confirm by either email or telephone. If your item is faulty we will provide an uplift and replacement free of charge.
How can I return an item which has been damaged in transit?
If your order or part of your order needs to be returned due to damage in transit, please contact us as soon as possible (WITHIN 1 DAY OF RECEIPT OF GOODS) and we will arrange a suitable date and time to collect the piece. The item will need to be wrapped in the original packaging. (Please note: our delivery service cannot collect and return it to us without this original external packaging). If the original packaging is not available we cannot accept returns due to the extremely fragile nature of our products. This is consistent with our in-store terms and conditions.
Any items accepted for return must be sent back in original packaging and condition. We do not accept returns for items which are due to your misjudgement or if it is the wrong item ordered.

If you are unhappy with the goods received we will refund them if they are sent back at the customer's expense in new resaleable condition within 7 working days along with the original receipt. We will not accept orders where the original packaging is not intact and has been removed. We also cannot accept returns where the item has been used or hung on the wall.
Any refunds will be issued once we have received the goods and checked the packaging and contents. This refund only includes the total of goods sent not the delivery charge.
Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded free of charge.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
