When ordering please give us as much information as possible. For example: a suitable delivery day, if the items need to be delivered to your neighbour/work or even some directions if it's difficult to find.
Our preferred delivery partner for all UK deliveries is DPD. Please provide a mobile number and/or email address and you will be contacted when the parcel is collected from our warehouse. You will also be provided with a delivery slot where you will be ale to re-schedule via email or text.
Most of our items available are 'In Stock' but our stock changes daily. Delivery from our suppliers varies and can be up to 3 weeks depending on availability. Some of our supplies send directly to our customers for us saving time and is depending on availability. Most items are generally in stock with us or our suppliers but at busy times this can change.
If the item is displayed as 'Available to Order' we will confirm availability within 24hrs of placing order.
Please be aware that our stock changes daily, sometimes by the hour depending on demand and we will always do our utmost to get the order to you as soon as we possibly can. Because of the demand of our items and lead time for delivery from the supplier, stock can run out, if you require the item quickly please email or call us to avoid disappointment.
If the order has been despatched and you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or they will post a card to offer you a collection from a local collection point.
If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred. Our delivery partner and Royal Mail only keep items for up to 14 days - after this time new postage charges will be incurred if you would like the item(s) re-sent.
All quoted delivery prices and free delivery are for most UK addresses. Some areas will incur additional charges and may also experience delivery delays; morning and Saturday deliveries are optional depending on area and will also incur additional charges.
If your order or part of your order needs to be returned due to damage in transit, please contact us as soon as possible (WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS) and we will arrange a suitable date and time to collect the piece. The item will need to be wrapped in the original packaging. (Please note: our delivery service cannot collect and return it to us without this original external packaging). If the original packaging is not available, additional packaging will be sent to you which will incur further charges.
SagePay
When you shop with us, our secure server encrypts all of your personal information, including name, address and credit card information. We use SagePay which are an industry leader in secure internet transactions. SagePay are used by thousands of other UK businesses for transaction security.
All transaction information passed between our website and the SagePay Payment System is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and all messages from SagePay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing passed to SagePay can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
Once on the SagePay system, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data they hold is extremely secure and they are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.
SagePay has multiple private links into the banking network that are completely separate from the Internet and which do not cross any publicly accessible networks. Any cardholder information sent to the banks and any authorisation message coming back is secure and cannot be tampered with.
No individuals within our company or SagePay are able to decrypt transaction information or cardholder data. Their systems only allow access to our most senior staff and only in extenuating circumstances (such as investigations of Card Fraud by the Police). Your card information is secure even from their own employees because the systems never display the full card numbers, even on administration screens.
