Below you will find our most frequently asked questions on our picture framing.
All of our picture framing is made to order, so you can have the exact picture frame or mount to suit your preferences. We also offer both ready made and hand finished frames. Picture Framing Lead Time?
Our picture framing tends to be around 1 week. We always strive to complete the job in good time. Sometimes we can return the picture the same day but is dependent on current season and material stock. We undertake a vast range of work, including trade and contract work. Due to the increased demand, particularly at peak times it is always best to check with us first.
Can you make large frames?
We can makes picture frames to almost any size. We specialise in large and oversized works and have undertaken some incredible jobs for hotels, artists and one off private bespoke work. One notably was a 1.5 x 2m artwork, floated onto mirror glass and playfully lit with LED lights. It ended up being 2 x 2.5m and a four man lift! :-)
Can I make an appointment to visit your galleries?
Yes, of course, although you don't need to make an appointment, just turn up. Or if you would like to put some time aside, just call us or send us an email and we can assist with your enquiry and time available. Contact us
Do you supply samples of your frames and mounts?
Yes, we offer a full sample service where you can have a small sample of any moulding or moundboard. We also supply chevrons of both frame mouldings and mountboard for a small charge to cover postage costs.
How many frames and/or mounts can I order?
You can order as many or as little as you like. Because we are not only a bespoke framer but also work with trade and contract clients, you can be rest assured we can undertake all aspects of work with diligence and in a timely manner to meet demands. We regularly put out anyting between 3-500 pictures per month and on occasion we can have rush orders for several hundered pictures alone. So, don't worry if you only need a small item framed or the same if you need a job lot. You can count on us for quality, price and a turn-around to meet demands.
