Answer   -   Most Limited Edition Prints are supplied with a mount and Open Prints are supplied Print Only. If the item is mounted it will be displayed below the image. If you require any mount or frame please contact us.
 
Question -   Does the price include a frame?
Answer   -   No, but some of our art is ready to hang on the wall. If the picture has been framed it will be displayed in our 'Framed Picture Category.
 
Question -   Does the price include delivery?
Answer   -  

No, delivery is priced within 4 groups. Small, Medium, Large and Oversized.

Question -   How long does it take to get my order delivered?
Answer   -   All items are despatched within 1 day and delivered within a maximum of 2-3 working days, subject to availibility. All limited edition prints and larger items are delivered flat packed and sent on a next day service. Please be aware that non UK customers are responsible for paying any duties or import charges, if applicable.
     
Question -   Does The Enid Hutt Gallery have a guarantee?
Answer   -   If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you can return it within 30 days for a refund, but you must contact us first. For more information please see our guarantee help page.
 
Question -   What if I receive my order and it is damaged?
Answer   -   Please keep the packaging material and re-pack the item to send back to us. The Enid Hutt Gallery will have the products picked up and you have the option of a full refund or a replacement. Just contact us
 
Question -   Can I cancel my order after it has been submitted?
Answer   -   Any order can be cancelled within 24 hours of the time it was submitted. Please contact us

Answer   -   Let us know. If you've seen it somewhere and can't get a hold of it then we can help. Our sourcing service is second to none.
