What does the price include?

Most Limited Edition Prints are supplied with a mount and Open Prints are supplied Print Only. If the item is mounted it will be displayed below the image. If you require any mount or frame please contact us. All prices include VAT.

Does the price include a frame?

Only if the option is available, but some of our art is ready to hang on the wall. If the picture has been framed it will be displayed in our 'Framed Picture' tag from the drop down menus on the top left hand side of the website. Bespoke picture framing is available as well as commercial picture framing services.

Does the price include delivery?

No, delivery is priced within 4 groups. Small, Medium, Large and Oversized. Orders are generally free over £100.00, to check just add the product to your basket. Please view our delivery page for pricing details and international rates.

How long does it take to get my order delivered?

We ship all of our products as quickly as possible and due to the vast amount of items we offer, delivery can vary between these items. Please see our delivery page for all queries regarding delivery - delivery page

Does The Enid Hutt Gallery have a guarantee?

If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you can return it within 30 days for a refund, but you must contact us first. For more information please see our returns page.

What if I receive my order and it is damaged?

Please keep the packaging material and re-pack the item to send back to us. The Enid Hutt Gallery will have the products picked up and you have the option of a full refund or a replacement. Just contact us.

Can I cancel my order after it has been submitted?

Any order can be cancelled within 24 hours of the time it was submitted. Please contact us.

What if you don't have what the print I'm looking for?

Let us know. If you've seen it somewhere and can't get a hold of it then we can help. Our sourcing service is second to none.

What does Giclee/Lithograph/Serigraph mean?

What does finish mean?

This tells you how the print will be sent out to you. Please see our finishes guide.

What does size mean?
