Covid- 19 Response and Service Impact
Service impact related to COVID-19 Coronavirus - 25th June 2020
We wanted to share an update on the actions we are taking at Enid Hutt Gallery to keep you – and our team members – safe amidst the COVID-19 outbreak.
Safety Above All is something we take incredibly seriously. We are listening to recommendations from the government and advice from our courier network on current status of services.
Services and Operations
ABERDEEN AND KIRKCALDY GALLERIES NOW OPEN. Reduced opening hours 10am - 4pm, Tuesday to Saturday. Closed Sunday and Monday.
Warehouse and online dispatch are operating as normal. Our current main priority is to process and deliver orders as quickly and as safely as possible.
Delivery Time Guide
Any items which are 'In Stock' will be processed as soon as possible and expect items to be sent in 2-3 days and delivery is usually 1-2 days depending on the item. Our fragile delivery service is currently 1-2 weeks. Items like framed pictures with glass, mirrors and fragile sculptures are sent via fragile carrier.
Items which are 'Available to Order' are currently 1 week to 10 deays depending on whether they will be framed or not. Framed items which are 'Availabnle to Order' will be 10 Days to 1 Week.
We will notify you of any delays to your order. Please make sure you tell us if your order is for a special gift and we will always do our utmost to get it to you in time.
We will continue to offer our services until further notice where this page will be updated accordingly. Our main delivery partner TNT is releasing up to date information about worldwide delivery and what delays would be in place during the corona outbreak.
Enid Hutt Gallery have great ways of communicating remotely, so don't think that you will need to come to the gallery to find out all about our great artwork and sculpture - We can come to you!
