Here at the Enid Hutt Gallery, we are thrilled to be able to present some truly stunning Chris Sharp paintings. Chris has worked as a professional artist since 1983, over which time he has developed his own special style that presents the beauty of wildlife and natural landscapes with a highly impressive detail that has been informed by his own keen passion for the great outdoors.
Studying graphic design firstly at Aberdeen College of Commerce for two years, Chris proceeded to Grays School of Art, where he studied sculpture and fine art for a further four years.
Based in Scotland, Chris Sharp's paintings are inspired in part by the glorious Highlands. The almost otherworldly light conditions that the Scottish Highlands offers an artist, leads to paintings that are able to conjure landscapes which appear peaceful and untouched at the same time as displaying a raw almost muscular power.
Chris Sharp art is in high demand, as he sells his work extensively through gallery exhibitions, as well as being sought out for individual commission work. On top of that, he has an extensive list of high profile patrons including multi-corporate businesses and British peerage.
