Yuvi
The compelling street art influenced creations of Yuvi are an explosion of pop culture references and cleverly layered textural manipulations. Combining an impressive mastery of traditional techniques with a deep knowledge of digital editing, Yuvi's work is artistically impressive, whilst also accessible. This accessibility comes thanks to Yuvi's love for pop culture references. Some of his references draw from the wider collective consciousness, whilst others are more selective. This all comes together in characteristically vibrant and animated work that grabs the attention with its energy as well as its irreverent stance.

Expressive Street Art
Yuvi was born in Tel Aviv and began to develop a passion for graffiti and street art in the Florentine neighbourhood. It was this scene that nurtured his growing interests in art, politics, self-expression, music and culture. The cosmopolitan character of these surroundings gelled well with the young Yuvi, a man who from an early age had big ambitions, and a bold, irrepressible character. It is this character and this urgent, excitable voice that is so well expressed through his bombastic, maximalist work.
Yuvi Graffiti Art
After having studied Graphic Design, Yuvi travelled throughout Europe and the United States, always soaking up influences wherever he went. As well as being a product of his home town, his work is also in conversation with various artistic touchstones, such as Banksy and Andy Warhole. His style is nevertheless very much his own. His practice brings together such techniques as painting, spray painting, printed paper cutting, newspaper clippings, sketching as well as the use of sand, glass fragments and more for textural effect.
