Passion For Art

Rob's studio is his sanctuary and he spends most of the day within it and with unwavering dedication. In his childhood, he spent family holidays in Cornwall capturing the changing seascapes; as he was the only member of his family with any obvious skill for painting, this was certainly a passion born from the heart, rather than anything taught or passed down to him from others.

Figurative to Animals

Although a truly modern artist, Rob Hefferan draws much of his inspiration from the Pre-Raphaelite movement. He is at the forefront of contemporary figurative art, with Rob Hefferan prints being sought after by collectors from around the world. He has also produced collections that focus on the wonders of animals and their character, grace, comedy or charm.
