Paul Evans continually experiments with new techniques and equipment in order to find new and interesting ways to reflect the beauty of the landscapes he so admires. Paul captures the very essence of the locations he paints and his extraordinary talent together with an amazing sense of space enable him to perfectly recreate the ambiance of the scenes. So absorbing and atmospheric are his compositions, he ensures that the viewer is immediately drawn in and feels a part of the landscape.

About Paul Evans

Paul studied illustration and printmaking between 1972 and 1976 at Eastbourne College of Art and Design. He then became a professional artist and has made his living solely from his painting since graduating from college. He initially exhibited his work at the Ralph Lewis Gallery in Brighton’s Lanes but found that he couldn’t work quickly enough to meet the demand for his paintings! He has now been honoured with over 60 solo exhibitions and his work frequently sells out within hours.

500 of Paul’s works have been used to create greetings cards, calendars and limited edition prints. Collectors from across the globe have invested in his paintings. Naturally he also enjoys a significant following in the UK.
