There was always a strong art influence in Blythe Scott's early life, and as the daughter of two art teachers, the aesthetic was always integral to her outlook. With experience studying art, design and textiles, a real love of colour and texture developed. Mixed with a fascination for the stunning architecture of Glasgow, this fuelled her creativity, and led to the creation of these superb paintings.
